Draft of a Letter from the Steipler to Rabbi Aharon Kotler about Damage to the Independence of Pure Education in the Land of Israel

"Who am I, a poor person, to present myself before his honor the gaon with requests - yet due to the great pain and anxiety regarding matters which are the primary principles of maintaining our holy Torah ..." so wrote Rabbi Yisrael Ya'akov Kanievsky in an emotional appeal to Rabbi Aharon Kolter.
