A document sent to Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai Eisenstein, the secretary of Rabbi Shmuel Salant. 1902.
The document is signed by the Aderet and stamped with the stamp of Rabbi Shmuel Salant, who usually did not hand-sign his letters.
It is extremely rare to find both on a single document!
