"The Foreign Minister of the Belz Hassidim" – Shana Tovah Greeting handwritten and Signed by Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Horowitz, who Perished in the Holocaust – [1938]
A letter with Shana Tovah greetings, on a postcard, handwritten and signed by "The Foreign Minister of Belz", Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Horowitz of Risha.
Rabbi Chaim Yehuda Horowitz of Risha, the son of Rabbi Alter Ze'ev of Strizov. Refused to serve as a rabbi and was one of the most important publish functionaries in Risha. Was close to the Tzaddikim of Belz and was considered their representative before the authorities, thus his title "The Foreign Minister of Belz". Perished in the Holocaust.
