חברה יהודית שפעילותה באה לידי ביטוי בעזרה הדדית במקרה של מחלה ומוות,
נוסדה בבוקרשט, בנובמבר 1875.
הרשמה של אחד מבני הזוג העניקה חברות לשירותי החברה שניתנו רק לתושבי בוקרשט,
החברה העניקה שירותי סיוע וליווי למשפחה,
תנאי החובה להרשמה כלל רק את אחד מראשי המשפחה שינדרש להירשם באופן פורמלי.
