מחברת ציור הכולל אוסף מתווים מקוריים סאטיריים. החוברת מכוונת נגד חברת הבניה רסקו. בקריקטורות מודבקים גם צילומי פנים של ראשי החברה.
באותה שנה נקלעה חברת רסקו לקשיים כלכליים. החברה ביצעה ארגון מחדש ופעלה לפטר כ-100 עובדים ממטה החברה. ככל שעבר הזמן התברר שמצבה של החברה חמור משחשבו. לאורך עשרים השנים הבאות המשיכו הקשיים החריפים.
