Rare first edition of this halachic classic, that appeared in 14 editions during the author’s lifetime, and in hundreds of editions since – a record in halachic literature.

Rabbi Shlomo Ganzfried (1804-1886), Author of a number of important halachic works, including Keseth Hasofer (which the Chasam Sofer instructed every Sofer to be fluent in). Rabbi of Brezowitz (1843) and Uzhorod (1850). His Kitzur Shulchan Aruch was highly acclaimed and became a classic and universally accepted halachic compendium.
[4], 143 pp. Final leaf lacking. 13.5 x 21 cm. Condition generally good, but title page and final two leaves are torn – with no loss of text. Stains. Slight worming on some pages. Old binding.
