Significant! Divrei Torah of the Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Chortkov Handwritten by His Son and Successor Rabbi Nachum Mordechai of Chortkov, the Third of Cheshvan.

A leaf of Divrei Torah said by the Holy Rabbi of Chortkov on Parashat Noach, on the auspicious Yom Hilulah, The Third of Cheshvan 5684 [1923], which fell on the day of Sabbath, at his holy 'Tish in Vienna.

The Divrei Torah was handwritten by his son and successor the Holy Rabbi Nachum Mordechai of Chortkov written in the writing style of his holy Rabbis of the Ruzhin dynasty.

The Divrei Torah include several facts he had heard from his father the Holy Rabbi David Moshe of Chertkov relating about his Holy father of Ruzhin who was a mind reader. Among the Divrei Torah are words about the greatness of the Tzaddikim and their special power to protect his generation, provided that the generation believes in him. The Holy Rabbi of Chortkov expands on the topic of the prayer of Tzaddikim on the members of their generation and the abundance they showers on them.

In the Chassidic world, considerable importance is ascribed to Kitvei HaKodesh that were written by leading Chassidim, Divrei Elokim Chaim that they had heard from their Rabbis, the great Chassidic Rebbes, all the more so, when they are the words of the renowned Holy Rabbi Yisrael of Chortlov, said on Yom HaHilula of  the Holy Rabbi Ateret Tiferet Yisrael of Ruzhin and were handwritten by his son and successor the Holy Rabbi Nachum Mordechai of Chertkov.
