* Yad Yosef and Yad Shaul, called Yados nedarim, on Shulchan Aruch Hilchos Nedarim [yod, Siman 203-235, with the text]. Ownership notation and signature handwritten by Rabbi Chaim Meshulam Koifman Av Beis Din of Pułtusk and with his stamps.

* Yad Shaul, Section B,   from Hilchos Shvu'os to Hilchos Chadash [Yod, Siman 236-293]. 

[1], 73 leaves, 28 cm. 


Rabbi Chaim Meshulam Koifman Hacohen [Aterman] (1861-1924), the disciple of the Holy Rav Rabbi Yechiel Meir Halevi of Ostrovtza, Rabbi Elazar Wax of Kalisch and Rabbi Yechiel Michl Hacohen of Zarkuchin. In 1883, served as Rav in Bratzjonez, in 1895 as Rav in Gusttinin and since 1907 as Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in Pułtusk. Corresponded with renowned Gedolei Torah including the author of 'Divrei Malkiel' of Lomzha and the Rogatchover Gaon. Authored "Petach Ohel" (1902) on Tractate Ohalot and Tumas Cohanim, 'Ma'asseh Rokem' (1904) on Hilchos Treifos HaRe'ah, 'Eleh Hamitzvos' on hte Mitzvahs, (1906), 'Nes LaShoshanim' (1909) on Hilchos Hanukkah  and innovations on Tractate Shabbas 'Mikveh Tahara' (1914), 'Eleh haEdos' innovations on Perek Shvu'as haEdut and 'Eleh HaMishpatim' (1926). His Seforim were received by Gedolei HaTorah with great appreciation. 


The title page and first page are detached, stains, moth holes, fair-good condition.
