Book of responsa by a leading and brilliant Torah scholar, Rabbi Meir of Lublin.
First edition of one of the most prominent Halachic works of a leading Torah sage.

It is exceedingly rare to discover a copy in a complete and beautiful state such as this one, complete with its original binding. Most of the few, existing, known copies are incomplete.

The title page features owners’ signatures:
“Yitzchak son of R. Mordechai Zelroka yz”v”
“Belongs to the bachur Yokel Heugen Ber…”
“LaHashem ha’aretz umelo’ah hak’ Mordechai Michel Kahagan?...”
At the end of the book are 13 handwritten lines of a responsum quoting the author, The MaHaram’s words.
