Complete and rare copy- The single edition of the book of responsa from the great opponent of Sabbateanism, which was censored.

The book Ohel Yaakov, responsa on the four sections of Shulchan Aruch from the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Sasportas, one of the leading opponents of Shabtai Tzvi.
At the beginning of the book is an introduction from the son of the author, Rabbi Avraham, and an introduction from the commentator, Rabbi Dovid Mildula, with a conclusion from him at the end of the book.

In the original printing, "Kitzur Tzitzat Novel Tzvi" against Shabtai Tzvi and his cohort was printed at the end of the book. By communal decree, these pages were removed.

In the original with the 'Kitzur Tzitzas Novel Tzvi': [6], 122 [should be: 125] leaves.
This copy is comprised of the responsa alone: [6], 83, 121-125 leaves (including rare dedication page in Portuguese! The final pages include indices; on final page are indices to the book Tzitzat Novel Tzvi, which was printed with it, and, as mentioned, destroyed. There are copies from which the index page was also removed or another paper glued on top of it. This copy includes all the indices leaves!)
