By the Rishon LeTzion, Rabbi Moshe ibn Habib. 'Get Pashut, ' on the laws of divorce (Gittin). 

Rabbi Moshe ibn Habib (1654 - 1696): He was the first Chief Rabbi of Israel and the head of a yeshiva in Jerusalem. His main expertise in halachic decision-making was in the laws of marriage, particularly in the complex area of annulment of Agunot. He authored two books on this subject, 'Get Pashut' and 'Ezrat Nashim, ' which are still considered foundational halachic books in these matters.
