Shu”t MaHaram MiLublin. Sefer Yesod. First Edition. Venice, 1617.
Exceedingly rare book. Signature of Rabbi Yechizkiya Yehoshua Feivel Teomim, Av Beit Din Zulz, Premishla and Breslau.
First edition of one of the most prominent responsa books of one of the leading Acharonim. With important signature!

Rare signature on the Index Introduction leaf of Rabbi Yechizkiya Yehoshua Feivel Teomim, Av Beit Din Zulz, Premishla and Breslau.

Rabbi Yechekiya Yehoshua Feivel Teomim was a Rabbi and Halachic authority. He was the fourth son of Rabbi Yonah Teomim-Frankel, the ‘Kikayon D’Yonah’. Rabbi Yechezkiya was the proofreader of his father’s compositions. He married Perel, daughter of Rabbi Aryeh Leib, the ‘Aruch’ of Cracow.

Rabbi Yechezkiya would sign his name as Yehoshua Feivelman.
Rabbi Yechizkiya was active on behalf of the ‘Committee of Yeroslav’ under the auspices of ‘The Council of Four Lands’. His signature appears on some of the committee’s regulations.

Printed under the instruction of the ministers Pietro and Lorenzo Braggadin. Giovanni Cajon Press.

Venice, 1617.
114 leaves. 27 cm. The title page is taped on the corner and restored. Leaf 2 is slightly taped. The two final leaves are slightly worn. Apart from this, the copy is in very good condition. Lovely, leather binding.

Most rare book! Most of the few, known copies are incomplete!
