Siddur Beit Tefillah. Custom of the Sephardim communities. Midei Chodesh Bechodsho Umidei Shabbat Beshabbato.
Printed on the leaf following the title page is the verse: דחה דחיתני לנפל וה' עזרני עזי וזמרת י-ה ויהי לי לישועה – the young printer Shmuel Molcho S.T." – this leaf is extremely rare and bibliographically unknown.
