Unique rare shame / torture mask hand made of steel, design of mouth jail.Suck masks were used in about 18th century to make wear to person who does speaks wrong / bad about others and tie in public place where maximum passers could see him.The mask would do the trick as it would be uncomfortable and unseemly but it is impossible to hide. The mask was designed to look goofy attract people, by others look this will work as torture.Patina is good.There is chip on nose and small holes at other places. There are three hooks to tie (rope or chain is missing)See pictures for use and age, I have described with best of my knowledge.
