Lengthy Psak Halacha by two pillars of Hora'ah in the USA after the Holocaust, the great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Eliyahu Henkin and the great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, on transferring charity money from one fund to another. 1953.

In the Psak Halacha, which is handwritten and signed by the great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Eliyahu Henkin and also hand-signed by the great Gaon, Posek Hador Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, the rabbis deal with the matter of a Gabai Tzeddaka who raised funds for the Mir Yeshiva in the USA headed by the Gaon Rabbi Avraham Kalmanovich of Mir and wants to transfer these funds to the Mir Yeshiva in Israel headed by the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel.

The Poskim write the terms under which it can be done and what cannot be done, clarifying the Halacha at length.

The great Gaon Rabbi Yosef Eliyahu Henkin [1881-1973] one of the greatest Poskim of the USA, one of the managers of the Ezras Torah Fund for supporting yeshiva students. Studied with Gedolei Hador and was soon acknowledged as on eof the most important rabbis of Lithuania. Was especially famed for his Psakim on Dinei Ishus and Gittin. Was recognized in the USA as Mara DeAtra, mainly until the rise of Maran the Gaon Rabbi Moshe Feinstein, who himself defined Rabbi Henkin as 'Posek Hador'.

The great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Feinstein [1895-1986] one of the greatest Poskei Hador author of Igros Moshe and Dibros Moshe, president of Mo'etzes Gedolei HaTorah in the USA. Pillar of Hora'ah of Beis Yisroel for all generations.
