Toystrainsandotheroldstuff LLC is proud to present a two-part auction of vintage toys and more comics from a massive collection that we have started selling from a long-time New York collection. This fantastic one-owner collection of comics will be sure to please with tons of mid to high grade books although there are only around 75 lots in this catalog. Many long and solid runs of fantastic condition books can be found in this collection, almost all raw and ungraded but well kept over the years by an avid collector. We will be rolling out individual keys as well as groups of many titles including but not limited to Incredible Hulk, Amazing Spiderman, Tales of Suspense, Nick Fury Agent of Shield, Werewolf by Night (including a higher grade issue slabbed by CGC), New Mutants, Sub-Mariner, Thor, Daredevil and many others over the next year. There are tons of key issues in this collection and the average grade is in the 6.0 range with some better and some worse. The vast majority have been put in new bags with new boards to help preserve them. We have take a few photos of what is to come and be expected but there are FAR MORE coming that what we are showing.
Toys include a number of boxed battery operated and tin lithographed pieces, some fantastic pressed steel to include 15+ Retro 1-2-3 items in original boxes, Smith Miller, Tonka, Structo, some 1950's and 60's toys with gorgeous original boxes, a number of Marx tin lithographed tanks, airplanes, race cars, a few fantastic pedal cars including a gorgeous National Packard, restored Kidillac and an original Murray station wagon plus more unlisted items A fantastic auction with something for nearly everyone.

All online bidders will pay a 15% buyers premium. All buyers that pay via credit card shall pay a 3.5% fee on top of their entire invoice. Indiana residents will also be charged a 7% sales tax unless they can provide us with a hard copy of the Indiana tax exempt sales form. There are TWO WAYS to pay via paypal. One is via Friends and Family which does not charge either party a fee. The second is to have us send you an invoice directly, this will incur a 5% convenience fee because they have raised their rates and I would rather not do business through them anymore, your choice. We would ask that you send the CASH TOTAL DUE as seen on your invoice to toystrainsandotheroldstuff@gmail.com to pay via paypal. Otherwise, we accept personal checks, money orders, bank drafts, cashiers checks and wire transfers. Credit card payment are never run automatically through our system since WE DO NOT RETAIN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN OUR INVOICING SYSTEM NOR DO WE HOLD IT TO CHARGE CARDS AUTOMATICALLY. ALL buyers are given opportunity to pay via their chosen method until 7 business days are past, then we will bill your card if we choose to. Any payment received after 10 days past the end of the auction should be via credit card unless a check has already been put in the mail.
