כתב-יד קבלי מעניין, צפון אפריקה? המאות ה-19-20.
קונטרס קבלי, בכתיבה מזרחית ברורה. הקונטרס פותח במילים "פי' נחמד" ומכיל פירושים על ענייני קבלה שונים. חסר סוף. תוכן הפירוש לא נחקר לעומקו, אך נראה כי מחברו הינו מקובל בעל יד ושם בחכמת הקבלה.
בדף השני שבקונטרס מופיעה תפילה הנושאת את הכותרת "תפלה קודם קריאת המגילה מתלמידי האר"י ז"ל זיע"א כי"ר". למעשה התפילה היא מתוך הספר הקבלי 'חמדת ימים' (השנוי במחלוקת, שיש שהחשידוהו בשבתאות מפני שאחד הפיוטים בו נושא את האקרוסטיכון 'נתן העזתי').
