דף פורזץ (תלוש) של ספר, עם הגהות בכתב-ידו של הרב ליברמן. מהתוכן עולה כי מדובר בדף פורזץ [מגן] של ספר של"ה. [ללא הספר].
רבי פנחס אליעזר הלוי ליברמן - בנו של רבי יעקב מרדכי ליברמן אב"ד טופורוב שבגליציה, כיהן 38 שנים כרבה של טיטשין שבגליציה, ולאחר מכן מספר שנים בברלין. בערוב ימיו עלה לארץ ישראל והתיישב בתל-אביב. עסק הרבה בהיתרי עגונות, ואף נדפסו ממנו מספר תשובות בענייני עגונות. (נפטר בשנת תשי"ג).
