רבי חיים יצחק אהרן הכהן רפפורט - המגיד מוילקומיר (תקס"ב - תרס"ד) היה רב ומגיד מישרים בליטא ובירושלים וחיבר ספרים רבים. התפרסם במיוחד בשנותיו האחרונות בהם התגורר במושב זקנים בירושלים וחיבר ספרים עד פטירתו בגיל 102.
בהקדמת המחבר הוא כותב על השריפה הגדולה שהיתה בווילקומיר בשנת תרל"ז.
חתימה וחותמות רבי יחיאל מאיר זונדעלסון אב"ד פרעשעראשלי.
רבי יחיאל מאיר זונדלסון - (תרכ"ב - תרצ"ה) - המכונה "המתמיד מעיר מוש". תלמיד ישיבות וואלאז'ין, סלונים, ומינסק. נסמך על ידי רבי שלמה הכהן מווילנא, רבי יצחק אלחנן ספקטור, החשק שלמה ומרבי יצחק מאיר מסלבודקא. החל משנת תרמ"ו בהיותו אך כבן 24 החל לכהן כרבה של פרשעראשלי, ולאחר מכן בנאווי דוואר, וניוקאסל שבאנגליה.
