"קולו קול ערב ונעים רבת שבעה לה נפשי נחת" מכתב בכתב ידו וחתימתו של רבי נפתלי ווייסקאף אב"ד רזשאגי – המלצה לחזן ושו"ב – רזשאגי תרע"ח | 1918.
המלצה לחזן שוחט ובודק, כולה בכתב ידו וחתימתו של רבי נפתלי ווייסקאף אב"ד רזשאגי. ההמלצה כתובה בכתב דפוס נאה, עם מליצות יפות. "היה פה בקהלתי חזן ראשון ובכל פעם שירד לפני התיבה להתפלל ולהתחנך לפני ה' עם קולו קול ערב ונעים... ומה לי לדבר מבקאיותו בעניני שחיטות ובדיקות... ובפרט בהשחזת הסכין יש לו דרך יותר טוב..."
בעבר, בקהילות אירופה, בפרט הקטנות. היה תפקיד החזן השוחט והבודק מאוחד. חזנים ושוחטים כמלמדים, נדדו מקהילה לקהילה והתפללו למציאת מקום פרנסה אשר יספק את צורכיהם. רבי מאיר דוד שרייבער השוחט דנן נדד רבות ברחבי אירופה ובכל קהילה בה שכן, ביקש כתב סמיכה מהרב המקומי, כפי אשר ניתן להתרשם מפריטים נוספים במכירה.
