Rabbi Shmuel Brach, Av Beit Din of Nir Mada, was a disciple of the Maharam Shik, who mentions him many times in his book (mentioned in Shu"t Maharam Shik, part of Orach Chaim, siman 93,123,333,339. part of Yore De`ah siman 16,17.19,369,370,371). He also arranged this book for print.
