חיבור גדול של ספר אנטומיה ורפואה קדום, מאת זאיין א-דין סייד אסמאעיל בן אל-חוסיין אל-ג'ורג'אני, רופא פרסי מלכותי ידוע, מהאה ה-12. הספר שלפנינו נכתב בפרסית יהודית.
בקטלוג הספריה הלאומית רשומים כתבי יד אחדים של החיבור שלפנינו, אבל הם מאוחרים בהרבה מזמן כתיבת החיבור שלפנינו.
