Rare Commemorative Medallion French Resistance Woman
Very rare commemorative medallion engraved for a French woman who was a member of the French Resistance during the German occupation of France. She was in the Resistance with the name of "Mimy". And this is why she was deported to KL Ravensbruck. It is marked 1966 a sign and bronze, 7 cm diameter. The medallion shows on the front all the triangles with different nationalities that were used inside German concentration camps as well as an allegorical relief of a prisoner and a camp and the hand engraved message "Never again" in French. On the reverse there's a customized text with the nationality of the woman (French Republic) and her name and number she was given in KL Ravensbrück (38963).IMPORTANT! The ID card is not included!
