Siddur Chemdat Yisrael - Kavanat HeAr"i. Munkacs, 1901. First Edition. Segulah Book

" ... my faithful counsel is to purchase this siddur as an excellent protection for one's home from all plague and disease, and for an abundance of blessing and success, offspring, long life and plentiful sustenance ..." (approbation from the 'Imrei Yosef' of Spinka).

Seder Tefillah, Chemdat Yisrael - Kavanot HaAriza"l. Arranged by Rabbi Shmuel Vital, son of Rabbi Chaim Vital. The siddur was printed here for the first time from a manuscript that was in the Chid"a's possession and was brought to the Admo"r Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga of Shinova. He transferred the manuscript to the 'Minchat Elazar' of Munkacs to arrange and edit for printing. Kabbalistic-Chassidic siddur.

Rabbi Yosef of Koson writes in his approbation to the siddur: "This sacred siddur in one's home protects body and soul from all distress and damage." The Imrei Yosef of Spinka wrote: "Even for one who is not conversant in the hidden, it is my faithful counsel to purchase this siddur as an excellent protection for one's home from all plague and disease, and for an abundance of blessing and success, offspring, long life and plentiful sustenance ..." Additional approbations from Chassidic leaders: The Ahavat Yisrael of  Vizhnitz, Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch Shapira of Munkacs, Rabbi Yehudah Tzvi of Dolyna and others. Lengthy foreword at the beginning of the siddur from the Minchat Elazar of Munkacs who writes about the progression of the manuscript and the printing. He concludes with a blessing: "May the merit of the author protect us in all of our desires for the good, etc. to be granted salvation and mercy.
