Letter of divrei Torah sent by Rabbi Baruch Yitzchak Yissachar Leventhal, av beit din of Brisk D'Koya, one of the leading rabbis of Poland, grandson of the author of Zayit Ra'anan of Kutna-Jerusalem, to "My dear friend, the scholar Rabbi Katriel Fischel ..."
In his letter, he deliberates the mitzvah of railings [מעקה], as well as the Ramba"m's opinion about whether to make a blessing for being saved from danger, and related issues, as well as the words of the Chatam Sofer in his novellae on Orach Chaim, and the mitzvah of tzitzit and kilayim in them, and more.
