Lengthy and reasoned court ruling from bei dina rabba d'po Kraków ..." signed by the rabbis, the geonim, members of the beit din tzeddek: the city rabbi, Rabbi Shmuel Shmelke Kornitzer - great-grandson and grandson of the Chatam Sofer; Rabbi Menachem Nachum Wexler; Rabbi Shabtai HaKohen Rapoport and Rabbi Mordechai Tzvi Kahane. Stamped by the bada"tz with a foreign-language notary's affirmation and seal. Kraków, 1936.
This psak din revolves around a dispute between two partners, R' Wolf Redder of Tarnów and R' Chaim Goldberg, who were partners in a franchise of a candle factory, and misunderstandings have emerged between them.
