First edition of the mishnayot with all of the Gr"a's commentaries


Shishah Sidrei Mishnah with commentaries, with the addition of the Gr"a's novellae and those of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev. Vilna Horodna, 1818. Five parts (lacking Seder Zera'im). 


This edition includes - printed for the first time - all the commentaries of the Gr"a known at the time on the six sedarim of the mishnah. Several elucidations from the Gr"a are added here, also printed for the first time. This is the first edition of Shishah Sidrei Mishnah with all of the Gr"a's commentaries. In Seder Taharot, the Gr"a's commentary is printed for the first time around the text of the mishnah.

Seder Moed. [9], 172 leaf.

Seder Nashim. [8], 159 [1] leaf. Including the leaf with Perek Androgynous according to the Gr"a's text.

Seder Nezikin. [10], 196 leaf. With the table for Tractate Sanhedrin on the final page.

Seder Kodshim. [8], 2-163 leaf. With a diagram of the Mikdash "I drew and developed, Dov Ber son of Yosef Yuzpa z"l Cooper Shtecher of Vilna."

Seder Taharot. [6], 223, [14] leaf. [1] additional leaf at the end with the rules of tumah (according to the Gr"a). This leaf does not appear in Mif'al HaBibliographiah nor is it mentioned in Otzar Sifrei HaGr"a no. 183!

Approximately 25 cm. High-quality bluish paper.

Overall fine condition. Minimal aging stains and minimal worming perforations. Identical new bindings.
