HARRY TRUMAN AND KARL DONITZ SIGNED V-E DAY COVER
A fine association piece, a colorful V-E Day commemorative postal cover canceled in Washington on V-E Day, May 8, 1945. The cover has been signed by the respective leaders of Germany and the U.S. at the time of the surrender, KARL DONITZ and HARRY TRUMAN. The cover was canceled again fifty years later, on May 8, 1995. Fine condition.
