(1874 - 1964) 31st President of the United States whose attempts to reverse the course of the Great Depression led to his defeat at the polls by Franklin D. Roosevelt. Black ink signature cut from a document. Total size: 3 x 1.25 in. Paper clip indent impacts signature at center, else very good. Estimated accordingly.
